Customer account

When you open a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Collection, processing and transfer of personal data when ordering

When you place an order, we only collect and process your personal data insofar as this is necessary to fulfill and process your order and to process your inquiries. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide the data means that no contract can be concluded. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you. Right of data subjects and duration of storage

Duration of storage

After the contract has been fully processed, the data is initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, then taking into account statutory, in particular tax and commercial retention periods, and then deleted after the period has expired, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Rights of data subjects

If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights according to Art. 15 to 20 GDPR on: Right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, to data portability. Collection of general information

Each time this website is accessed, information is automatically collected by us or the web space provider. This information, also known as server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Among other things, the following are recorded: name of the website, file, date, amount of data, web browser and web browser version, operating system, the domain name of your internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from which you accessed our offer) and the IP address.

Contact option via the website

Due to legal regulations, the website of SBL Dienstleistungen GmbH contains information that enables quick electronic contact to our company and direct communication with us, which also includes a general address for so-called electronic mail (e-mail address). If a data subject contacts the person responsible for processing by email or a contact form, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be automatically saved. Data protection in applications and in the application process

Integration of services and content from third parties

On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art.  6th  Paragraph 1 lit.

This always presupposes that the third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users, since they would not be able to send the content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. Instagram

Our website also uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”).

The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an “Instagram camera”.

When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Instagram servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and integrated into the page.
